nVenia, a packaging machinery manufacturing and service organization, is seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator in Wood Dale, IL 60191. The role involves overseeing and executing all aspects of the accounts payable process, including PO and NON-PO invoices, vendor reconciliation, and timely payments.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and at least 3 years of AP experience, strong attention to detail, and proficient in ERP systems and Excel.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting from a four-year college or university.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Accounts Payable.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Experience with ERP and GAAP preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Process vendor invoices (PO and NON-PO) and maintain vendor files and reconcile statements.
• Process payments and assist with month-end closing.
• Assist with audits and tax work as needed.
• Communicate issues to Senior Controller and Finance team.
