You will handle payments via multiple methods, reconcile statements, and ensure timely, accurate processing within our financial system.

The role emphasizes accuracy, collaboration with internal teams, and participation in month-end and year-end close activities.

Qualifications

• Requires basic to intermediate accounting knowledge.
• Experience with accounts payable processes preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, code, and process vendor invoices with proper approvals.
• Perform three-way matching of PO, invoice, and goods receipt.
• Maintain organized accounts payable records in the ERP system.
• Manage vendor payments via checks, ACH, and credit cards as applicable.
• Reconcile statements and resolve discrepancies with vendors promptly.
• Maintain vendor contact information and payment terms.
• Assist with month-end close activities and year-end audits.
• Support year-end 1099 preparation and reporting.
