Job summary

Greater Philadelphia YMCA is hiring an Accounts Payable Processor to join our Finance Team. You will ensure timely invoice processing, maintain strong controls, and deliver excellent service to vendors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a high-volume Accounts Payable role with 300+ invoices monthly.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; NetSuite experience preferred.
• Strong numerical accuracy and ability to handle confidential data.

Responsibilities

• Process approved invoices and expense reports with accurate coding and approvals.
• Manage AP workflow through routing systems; prepare payment batches (checks, ACH, wire).
• Resolve invoice or vendor discrepancies and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Maintain vendor records and W-9s; assist with year-end accruals and audits.
