Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of accounts payable experience required.

Responsabilités

• Receive, review, code, and process vendor invoices accurately and timely.
• Match invoices to purchase orders, receiving documents, and approvals.
• Prepare and process vendor payments via check, ACH, wire transfer, and other approved methods.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve invoice or payment discrepancies.
• Maintain vendor records, including W-9 forms and banking details.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities and accruals.
