Gettysburg College is seeking an Accounts Payable/Payroll Assistant to support both offices. This shared position reports to the Assistant Controller and handles invoice auditing, data entry, vendor setup, and responding to campus inquiries.
Two days per week focus on payroll processing, including timesheet review, payroll data entry, printing and distributing checks, and preparing payroll documentation. This is a part-time Support Staff role with prorated benefits after two years.

This is a shared position between the Accounts Payable and Payroll offices, reporting directly to the Assistant Controller. One day per week, the Assistant will support the A/P Specialist with invoice auditing and data entry, responding to customer and campus community inquiries, and setting up new vendors. Two days per week, the Assistant will support the Payroll Specialist with weekly payroll processing, including timesheet review, data entry, coordinating printing and distribution of checks and pay statements, and preparing payroll documentation.
Status: Part-Time Support Staff
This is a Support Staff, Part-time position. There are prorated benefits associated with this position: including retirement after two years as well as sick, vacation and holiday leave.
