Job summary

GSM Outdoors is seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to lead the full-cycle AP function across the organization. You will oversee the AP team, drive process improvements, and partner with Accounting leadership to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

The ideal candidate has strong AP expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for development and controls. This role reports to Finance leadership and supports vendors and internal partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of Accounts Payable experience preferred.
• 5+ years of management or supervisory experience.
• Experience with full-cycle Accounts Payable operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day Accounts Payable operations and team.
• Oversee invoice processing, coding, and approvals prior to payment.
• Ensure timely payment processing and accurate check runs.
• Maintain vendor statements and GL reconciliations.
• Support audits and internal controls.
