Qualifications

• Solid accounting foundation and experience with journal entries and accruals.
• Experience with budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and vendor payment planning.
• Advanced analytical skills for variances, reconciliations, and process improvement.
• Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems; strong MS Excel (pivot tables, lookups).
• Experience managing accounts payable in industrial or environmental services sectors.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and verify approvals.
• Code expenses and ensure timely payments.
• Maintain ledgers, prepare journal entries, and handle accruals.
• Reconcile accounts payable-related balances and monitor cash flow.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams; prepare periodic reports.
• Develop and implement process improvements; assist audits and compliance.
