Surf Air Mobility is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to lead global AP operations across multiple entities. You will manage vendor payments, NetSuite workflows, and multi-entity intercompany processes in a public aviation company.

The role emphasizes SOX compliance, strong internal controls, and collaboration with Treasury, FP&A, and Procurement to optimize cash flow and close cycles.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive accounts payable or accounting experience, including supervisory work.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle NetSuite ERP in multi-entity environments.
• Experience in SOX-compliant public company settings and AP controls.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to lead teams and drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AP across multiple subsidiaries, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
• Oversee AP workflows, vendor payments, and reconciliations in NetSuite.
• Maintain SOX controls, audit readiness, and intercompany processes.
• Coordinate month-end close with Accounting, Treasury, and FP&A.
• Manage vendor relationships and drive process improvements in AP.
