Job summary

Surf Air Mobility is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to lead the AP function across multiple entities in a publicly traded aviation company. The role requires strong NetSuite ERP expertise, multi-entity processing, and a solid understanding of internal controls and financial reporting.

You will manage vendor payments, drive process improvements, and collaborate across Accounting, Treasury, FP&A, and Operations to ensure timely, accurate payments and a robust control environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration required.
• 7+ years in accounts payable or accounting with 3+ years in a supervisory role.
• Hands-on NetSuite experience and multi-entity environment exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounts payable across multiple subsidiaries and legal entities.
• Oversee vendor payments, processing, approvals, and reconciliations.
• Maintain SOX controls and support audits and financial reporting.
• Collaborate with Treasury, FP&A, Procurement, and IT for system optimization.
• Manage month-end close for AP and ensure accurate accruals and allocations.
