CV Resources, in partnership with our client, a fast-growing lifestyle brand, seeks an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to join its Finance and Accounting team in West Hollywood. This hybrid role includes overseeing a high-volume AP function, leading an offshore team of 5, and driving process improvements in NetSuite.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in AP, strong leadership, and a track record of improving efficiency while working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in accounts payable with AP manager experience.
• Experience running a high-volume AP function with 3-way matching.
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle AP for a high-volume environment, including 3-way matching.
• Prepare the weekly payment run in NetSuite.
• Review AP aging to ensure vendor balances don’t become past due.
• Review coding of transactions and ensure synchronization to NetSuite during month-end close.
• Manage offshore AP team and monitor KPIs.
