Job summary

Kimball Solutions is seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to lead the North American AP team, ensuring accurate, timely processing of vendor invoices and payments. You will strengthen internal controls, drive process improvements, and support month-end close while partnering with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in accounting or related field, 5+ years in AP and 2+ years in supervision, with ERP experience (SAP) and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive Accounts Payable experience preferred.
• 2+ years of supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all accounts payable activities to ensure accurate, timely processing of vendor invoices and payments.
• Manage the North American A/P team and develop relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Support month-end close activities and internal controls improvements.
• Reconcile aging reports and monitor vendor payment schedules.
• Identify opportunities to automate and standardize A/P processes across regions.
