Joseph’s Classic Market is seeking an Accounts Payable Manager for its Corporate Office in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. The role leads the AP function, strengthens internal controls, and ensures accurate, timely payments to vendors while collaborating with Accounting, Purchasing, Pricing, and Operations.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands‑on Accounts Payable experience
• Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and AP practices
• Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment

Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable Operations: close weekly AP, reconcile, resolve issues
• Process vendor invoices, payments, and expense reports with proper approvals
• Maintain vendor records, monitor portals, and respond to inquiries
• Leadership & oversight: direct AP function, train and drive continuous improvement
