Job summary

Marshall Health Network, Inc. is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to lead its AP team and oversee vendor payment operations. This role plays a key part in accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across MHN’s financial processes.

The AP Manager will manage end-to-end AP operations, develop controls, and drive improvements while mentoring staff and strengthening vendor partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years accounts payable experience, including 2+ years in leadership.
• Experience with ERP systems and internal controls.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee invoice processing, payment approvals, vendor management, and cash flow optimization.
• Maintain timely and accurate AP records in the accounting system.
• Lead and develop AP staff to meet performance goals.
