Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise Accounts Payable specialists through training and setting expectations.
• Full cycle A/P, matching, vouching and GL coding.
• Coordinate with US operations to answer payment and coding questions.
• Maintain vendor maintenance with proper documentation and legitimacy checks.
• Review invoices to ensure proper processes and approvals.
• Support annual audits by external auditors.
• Oversee 1099 reporting and other AP compliance reporting.
• Allocate expenses to correct company and ensure timely intercompany payments.
• Maintain daily cash positions for client bank accounts.
• Process client-related checks and initiate wires/ACHs as required.
• Assist in ad-hoc requests from management or other departments.
