Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise Accounts Payable Specialists.
• Oversee full cycle AP, matching, vouching and GL coding.
• Collaborate with US operational teams on payments and vendor requests.
• Maintain vendor maintenance with proper documentation and legitimacy checks.
• Review invoices for compliance and approvals.
• Support annual audits and 1099 reporting.
• Ensure correct allocation of expenses across entities.
• Coordinate intercompany payments and cash positions daily.
• Process client-related checks and wire/ACH initiation as needed.
• Assist management with ad-hoc requests.
