Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Prior supervisory experience.
• Experience with Banner ERP, AP tools or accounting software preferred.
• Exposure to Higher Education environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise three full-time staff and report to the Controller.
• Improve and create AP processes, workflows and policies.
• Lead campus training on AP processes.
• Coordinate sales and use tax payments and 1099 reporting.
• Process invoices, checks, ACH and wire requests.
• Reconcile vendor accounts and statements.
• Support month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Assist audits with necessary documentation.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent
