• Assist with workflow on high-volume days and implement efficiency improvements.
• Plan and schedule activities to align with goals; resolve complex issues promptly.
• Prepare and monitor reports for compliance and regulatory requirements; liaise with Cash Reconciliation.
• Utilize Microsoft applications and ERP systems to support operations.
