• Experience with loan and leasing payable system integrated processing into payables system.

Responsibilities

• Process high volume payments to customer accounts via lockbox, W/T, ACH and checks.
• Research differences between amounts due and paid.
• Set up and application of ACH payments per guidelines.
• Request refunds on overpaid contracts.
• Post general ledger entries to balance cash postings daily.
• Deposit payments via remote deposit system.
• Respond to A/R requests via ticketing system.
• Work with Portfolio & Customer Service to resolve payment issues.
• Assist with A/R projects and audits.
• Follow internal controls and procedures.
