You will manage the full accounts payable process, process invoices, maintain vendor records, and support day-to-day financial operations.

This on-site role requires strong attention to detail, solid Excel skills, and the ability to collaborate with colleagues at all levels, including executives and vendors.

Qualifications

• Experience in processing invoices and resolving discrepancies.
• Familiarity with vendor onboarding and record maintenance.
• Proficiency with Excel and basic accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Process and enter invoices, expense reports, and check requests accurately
• Maintain vendor records and onboard new vendors as needed
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and payment issues
• Respond to vendor inquiries regarding payment status and account details
• Print and prepare checks for distribution
• Maintain weekly and monthly accounts payable schedules
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and payment procedures
• Support additional accounting and administrative projects as assigned
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
