Prove is seeking an energetic Accounts Payable Manager to lead end-to-end AP functions in our New York office. You will process invoices, audit expense reports, and reconcile the global AP subledger while supporting cash flow forecasting and accounting team collaboration.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in AP or general accounting, strong GAAP knowledge, and experience with ERP systems like NetSuite or Intacct. This role offers a competitive salary and bonus potential in a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of progressive accounts payable or general accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of full-cycle AP procedures and GAAP.

Responsabilités

• Process invoices and audit expense reports to ensure accuracy.
• Reconcile the AP subledger and support cash flow forecasting.
• Manage vendor payments via ACH, wire transfers, and checks.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and ensure timely payments.
