Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices for payment, ensuring accuracy and proper authorization.
• Enter invoices using Concur Capture and record transactions.
• Prepare sales and use tax vouchers for applicable states.
• Process employee expense reports and post to GL.
• Assist in monthly closing and annual audit preparations.
• Create and maintain reports in the accounting system.
