Are you an experienced accounts payable leader who thrives on streamlining processes, mentoring teams, and driving operational excellence? Do you enjoy leading by example and collaborating across departments to ensure timely and accurate financial execution? If so, this is your opportunity to make a significant impact as an Accounts Payable Manager at our Phoenix-based corporate office.

What You’ll Do

Manage the day-to-day operations of the Accounts Payable team and provide strong leadership.
Mentor and develop staff through clear goals, feedback, and professional development.
Oversee AP tools including Concur and VIM; provide related training as needed.
Ensure timely GR/IR reconciliation and accurate supplier payments.
Drive month-end AP close activities including journal entries and accruals.
Leverage SAP to manage AP transactions, perform reconciliations, and support month-end close activities with accuracy and consistency.
Implement procedural improvements and formally document AP processes.
Support compliance efforts related to 1099, W-9, and other reporting requirements.

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, or equivalent experience
8+ years of AP experience, with 5+ years in a leadership or management role
Experience with SAP (required) and VIM (preferred, not required)
Strong communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills
Process improvement mindset with the ability to lead change
A proactive, honest, and collaborative leadership style
