What You’ll Do
Manage the day-to-day operations of the Accounts Payable team and provide strong leadership.
Mentor and develop staff through clear goals, feedback, and professional development.
Oversee AP tools including Concur and VIM; provide related training as needed.
Ensure timely GR/IR reconciliation and accurate supplier payments.
Drive month-end AP close activities including journal entries and accruals.
Leverage SAP to manage AP transactions, perform reconciliations, and support month-end close activities with accuracy and consistency.
Implement procedural improvements and formally document AP processes.
Support compliance efforts related to 1099, W-9, and other reporting requirements.
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, or equivalent experience
8+ years of AP experience, with 5+ years in a leadership or management role
Experience with SAP (required) and VIM (preferred, not required)
Strong communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills
Process improvement mindset with the ability to lead change
A proactive, honest, and collaborative leadership style
