Job summary

Atlantic Group is seeking an Accounts Payable Manager in Pennsylvania to lead a three-person AP team and own end-to-end AP operations. The role focuses on process improvement, controls, and automation in a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in accounting/AP, with hands-on leadership and experience managing vendor relationships and multi-currency invoices. Hybrid work with in-office Tue–Thu.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of accounting/AP experience, including 2–3+ years of team leadership.
• Strong understanding of accounts payable and general ledger accounting.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and resolving payment issues.
• A hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• International invoice or foreign currency experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and oversee AP function and a three-member team.
• Manage 300+ daily invoices and vendor relationships.
• Oversee payment processing, corporate cards, and cash outflows.
• Handle month-end accruals and journal entries.
• Address escalated vendor issues and improve processes.
• Help drive automation initiatives and strengthen internal controls.

ACCOUNTS PAYABLE MANAGER | $85K–$100K + BONUS | HYBRID

A growing organization is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to take ownership of its AP function, lead a team of three, and help drive process improvements in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
