Job summary

CFS is seeking an Accounts Payable Manager in Orlando, FL to lead a high-volume, multi-entity AP function within a large organization. You will drive automation, optimize workflows, and partner across Finance, Treasury, Procurement, and Operations to achieve tight controls and timely close.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of AP leadership, strong process discipline, and experience with Oracle Fusion or Medius.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive Accounts Payable experience.
• 5+ years of Accounts Payable leadership or team management experience.
• Strong knowledge of full-cycle Accounts Payable and procure-to-pay processes.
• Experience supporting high-volume invoice processing and payment operations.
• Experience with reconciliations, accrued liabilities, audits, and month-end close activities.
• Strong understanding of AP controls, approval workflows, vendor management, and performance metrics.
• Oracle Fusion and Medius experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop the Accounts Payable team while establishing clear performance expectations.
• Oversee invoice processing, coding, approvals, payment execution, and vendor management activities.
• Monitor workflow queues, payment cycles, aging reports, and exception processing for accuracy.
• Manage AP month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities and reconciliations.
• Support internal and external audit requirements following policies and controls.
• Collaborate with Treasury to optimize payment timing and cash management.

Key Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Manager

• Identify and implement opportunities for automation, process improvements, and system enhancements as the Accounts Payable Manager
