ABOUT THIS ROLE

The Accounts Payable Manager is a global, team-oriented role responsible for managing, maintaining, and improving the standardization of the Accounts Payable department worldwide. You will collaborate closely with other AP Managers to drive change, increase processing efficiencies, and ensure global standardization across all legal entities.

Daily responsibilities include:

1. Managing the timely processing of supplier invoices and employee expense reports via Amazon Shared Services.
2. Managing corporate card accounts globally, creating ad-hoc reports, account reconciliation, processing monthly accruals, and payment runs.
3. Handling multiple AP mailboxes to address vendor inquiries, payment issues, and processing requests.
4. Working with vendors on setup and banking issues.
5. Calculating and accurately recording taxes.

In addition to daily tasks, you will manage multiple projects, adapt to change effectively, work independently, demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, and build solid relationships with internal and external contacts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Monitor the global processing of high volumes of AP invoices and expense reports.
2. Lead and manage ad hoc projects to improve processes.
3. Drive efficiencies within the AP process.
4. Oversee corporate card programs, including monthly reporting, account reconciliations, and accruals.
5. Manage multiple AP mailboxes to ensure prompt responses and resolutions.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
• Research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel.
