responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of a new AP system to introduce automation, improve visibility, and drive efficiency
• Design and optimize workflows for invoice approvals and payments
• Utilize KwikPay (or similar platforms) to automate payment processes and reduce manual tasks
• Develop and document scalable AP policies and procedures to support long-term growth
• Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements across AP operations
• Train and educate internal teams on new systems and workflows
• Create a centralized vendor repository for contracts, payment terms, and compliance documentation
• Manage vendor onboarding, verification, and relationship maintenance
• Oversee the entire AP cycle including invoice processing, reconciliation, and payment approvals
• Monitor payment schedules to optimize cash flow and maintain vendor relationships
• Build reporting tools and KPIs to measure AP performance and accuracy
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit standards, and financial regulations
