We're looking for an Accounts Payable Manager who's ready to own our AP function to build best-in-class Financial Operations. You'll lead a high-performing team, optimize processes, and bring clarity and control to how we manage vendor relationships and expense reporting. What You'll Do

Lead with PeopleFirst

• Hire, mentor, and grow a team of AP specialists.
• Cultivate a collaborative, customer-service-oriented team culture.
• Define and continuously improve team scorecards and responsibilities.
  
  

Drive Financial Excellence

• Oversee day-to-day AP operations - invoice processing, payments, reconciliations.
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal controls.
• Lead the monthly AP close, target BD3.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Procurement, HR, IT, Accounting, and Treasury.
• Optimize coding accuracy and support cash flow planning.
  
  

Own the Metrics

• Develop and track AP KPIs: cost per invoice, time to payment, payment methods, and more.
• Streamline workflows for efficiency and impact.
  
  

Strengthen Controls

• Create and maintain AP policies and process documentation.
• Ensure compliance with segregation of duties and audit requirements.
• Collaborate on internal control processes for lease payments and reconciliations.
  
  

Champion Process Innovation

• Identify system gaps and drive improvements across D365, Ramp, and Raindrop.
• Become an expert in ERP optimization and push our overall tech stack forward to meet our business needs.
• Lead implementation of enhanced expense reporting tools.
  
  

Invest in Your Growth

• Stay sharp on technical accounting and AP best practices.
• Participate in monthly business reviews and ongoing leadership development.
  
  

Ideal Candidate

• Unquestionable integrity
• 5+ years in Accounts Payable with 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of AP systems, processes, and controls.
• Experience with ERP systems (ideally D365) and tools like Ramp or Raindrop.
• A builder's mindset - proactive, collaborative, and always improving.
