Accounts Payable Manager

Our client is a mid-sized corporation that is in search of someone to manage their Accounts Payable team. Qualified candidates will have prior accounts payable management experience as well as an ability to multi-task well, supervise staff and communicate well with all levels of employee and company vendors. This is a great opportunity to join a successful company and add value to this growing organization. They also offer a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, paid vacation, 401k with match. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a salary range of $90,000 to $100,000, this position is in the office 5 days a week.

Responsibilities for the Accounts Payable Manager position include:

• Manage a team of 3, establishing KPI’s to track progress
• Work closely with the Controller of the corporation
• Handle full cycle accounts payable processing and reporting
• Assess and improve upon processes to maximize efficiency
• Use Excel to proactively build month end reports

Qualifications:

• 7 or more years of accounts payable experience, 2 years of management required
• Industry experience that includes high volume distribution and/or manufacturing
• Technical skills inclusive of an ERP (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Dynamics) and solid Excel skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work well across multiple departments
