Job Title:Accounts Payable Manager
Location: North Bergen, NJ
Salary: $90,000 - $105,000 per year
Schedule: 5 days per week, on-site

The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to oversee and execute the full-cycle A/P function within a dynamic and fast-paced organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the accounts payable process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies. You will play a key role in ensuring the efficient management of payments, reconciliations, and reporting across various business units.

Responsibilities:

• Perform full-cycle accounts payable and manage the end-to-end A/P function within established timeframes.
• Accurately enter invoices into Salesforce and QuickBooks, verifying quantity, pricing, and other relevant details.
• Handle daily and monthly credit card data entry and perform reconciliations.
• Maintain an accurate A/P Aging report and manage the resolution of outstanding items.
• Monitor and resolve discrepancies related to invoices and payments.
• Assist with other tasks and projects as required, adapting to changing business needs and priorities.

Your Skills & Experience:

• Solid understanding of accounts payable principles and processes.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an accounting role.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel; ability to quickly learn new systems (Salesforce experience a plus).
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with individuals at all levels of the organization.
• Strong initiative and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate needs and improve processes.

You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrive under pressure. You manage tasks with a sense of urgency while ensuring accuracy and completeness. With a flexible approach, you are comfortable handling frequent interruptions and shifting priorities.
