Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Corporate AP team with training, guidance, and oversight.
• Oversee invoice processing, coding accuracy, tax review, approvals, and weekly payment cycles.
• Manage vendor setup, compliance documentation, ACH/wire enrollments, and ongoing vendor relationships.
• Reconcile AP ledger accounts, review aging reports, and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Support the month‑end close, audit requests, and documentation of AP policies and procedures.
