Job summary

Hiley Automotive Group is seeking an experienced accounting professional to support accounts payable and close processes in a dealership environment. You will post invoices, reconcile statements and prepare payments with accuracy and timeliness.

The role emphasizes collaboration with the finance team, attention to detail and the ability to balance multiple tasks in a busy auto dealership setting. A degree in accounting is preferred, and prior automotive DMS experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience using a dealership management system (DMS) and payroll platform.
• Strong communication skills and eagerness to improve.
• Self-starter who can work both independently and with a team.
• Accounting degree (preferred, not required).

Responsibilities

• Post invoices
