• 5+ years in accounts payable with supervisory experience.
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and reporting.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite).
• Proven ability to manage a high-volume AP workload.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support daily Accounts Payable operations.
• Review and approve invoices; ensure 2-way/3-way matching to POs.
• Approve employee expense reports per policy.
• Manage check runs and payments (ACH and wire).
• Back up AP processing during peak periods.
• Monitor AP aging; resolve vendor issues promptly.
• Collaborate with procurement, accounting, and operations.
• Contribute to process improvements and internal controls.
• Assist month-end close activities and reconciliations.
• Prepare AP reports using Excel for analysis.
