Job summary

Prologis is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist in Denver to support accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices and payments in a high‑volume environment.

You will partner with Procurement, Receiving, Property or Business Operations, Accounting, and Treasury to resolve issues, ensure compliance, and improve processes. A strong attention to detail and control mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with the end-to-end accounts payable cycle including invoicing, approvals and payment processing.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase order and non‑PO invoices accurately within established SLAs.
• Perform 2‑way and 3‑way matching; resolve invoice exceptions and pricing/quantity variances.
• Monitor invoice workflows, aging, rejections and payment holds; escalate risks.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and coordinate with Procurement, Receiving, Property or Business Operations, Accounting, Treasury.
• Support supplier onboarding, validation of documentation and related controls.
• Reconcile vendor statements and assist month‑end/year‑end activities and audits.
• Maintain records, follow internal controls and participate in process improvements.
