The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, training, and process improvement, with responsibilities spanning vendor setup, coding, PO management, and reconciliation. Strong communication and supervisory skills are essential to drive accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in Accounting; relevant experience considered.
• 5+ years of Accounts Payable experience; multi-entity a plus.
• 2+ years of lead or supervisory experience.
• Strong supervisory and communication skills; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership to the AP team and meet deadlines.
• Prioritize workload and ensure accurate processing of invoices and payments.
• Train and onboard new AP staff; provide ongoing coaching.
• Oversee vendor setup, coding, POs, and reconciliation with vendors.
• Maintain AP controls and support audits.
