Easton Select Group is seeking an Accounts Payable Lead to oversee daily AP operations across multiple entities, ensuring accurate invoice processing, vendor account maintenance, and timely payments.

The role requires 5–8+ years of AP experience, ERP systems knowledge (NetSuite), and strong analytical and communication skills to drive process improvements and scalable workflows. Our team values accuracy, collaboration, and continuous improvement in a fast‑growing environment.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of hands-on accounts payable experience.
• Strong knowledge of full AP cycle including invoicing, coding, approvals and payments.
• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite and familiarity with AP automation.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounts payable across multiple entities, including invoice review, coding and approvals.
• Reconcile vendor statements, resolve discrepancies, and maintain vendor master data.
• Monitor aging and ensure timely payments while coordinating with internal stakeholders.
