Job summary

Catapult is seeking a Team Lead for Accounts Payable in Boston to manage a global AP function, drive process improvements, and lead a high-performing team. You’ll oversee end-to-end AP, supplier setup, and payments while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

You will partner with internal stakeholders to resolve issues, manage month-end close, and optimize the AP lifecycle in a fast-paced, growth-oriented company.

Qualifications

• Experience leading the end-to-end AP process and mentoring a team.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and numerical skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Global Accounts Payable team and provide guidance as needed.
• Drive AP process improvements for efficiency, scalability and accuracy.
• Oversee end-to-end AP, including three-way match, verification and payment processing.
• Own the monthly AP close as part of accounting close procedures.
• Set up new suppliers, verify bank details and manage payment batches.
• Maintain vendor relationships, address inquiries and negotiate terms.
• Process and audit employee expenses in line with policy.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve AP issues.
