Job summary

Würth Industry USA is seeking a Supervisor of Accounts Payable to lead daily AP operations and a dedicated AP team in Greenwood, Indiana. You will oversee invoice processing, coding, approvals, and payments, while driving accuracy, timeliness, and internal controls across P21 and SAP.

Lead and develop the AP staff, monitor workloads, and support month-end/year-end close. Strong ERP experience and GAAP knowledge are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field preferred; equivalent combination may be considered.
• 5+ years of Accounts Payable, accounting, or related financial operations experience.
• 2+ years supervising or leading a team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily Accounts Payable operations including invoice processing, coding, approvals, payment processing, and vendor maintenance.
• Ensure invoices are processed accurately, timely, and in accordance with approvals and terms.
• Coordinate AP activities across P21 and SAP to ensure consistent processes and controls.
• Review aging reports to identify overdue invoices and payment issues.
• Mentor and develop AP team members and manage workload to meet deadlines.
• Support month-end and year-end close activities and collaborate with Accounting for reporting.
