City Wide Facility Solutions – Boston is seeking a Junior Accounting Specialist to support accounts payable, data entry, and vendor documentation in a collaborative finance team.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of accounting, bookkeeping, accounts payable, or administrative/office support experience.
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn new accounting systems, processes, and procedures.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to take on new responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with processing accounts payable transactions and invoices.
• Provide accurate and timely accounting data entry.
• Provide day-to-day support for accounts payable activities.
• Maintain vendor documentation.
• Assist with general account and administrative tasks.
• Grow and support the Finance Team with additional projects.
