Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions – Boston specializes in managed facility services for commercial properties across Central and Eastern Massachusetts, serving as a single point of contact for service management. As a Junior Accounting Specialist, you will help maintain the financial health of our operations within a collaborative team.

We’re seeking 1–2 years of accounting/AP experience, an associates or bachelor’s in accounting or related field, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, accounts payable, or administrative/office support
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines
• Comfort working with numbers and routine, transaction-based work
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A willingness to learn new accounting systems, processes, and procedures
• A positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to take on new responsibilities as you develop

Responsibilities

• Assist with processions accounts payable transactions and invoices
• Preform accurate and timely accounting data entry
• Provide day to day support for accounts payable activities
• Maintain vendor documentation
• Assist with general account and administrative tasks
• Grow and support the Finance Team with additional projects
