Job summary

GPI Investment LLC is seeking a precise Accountant to maintain payable information, record daily transactions, and assist with invoicing. You will analyze expense reports, assign payments to cost centers, and work with vendors to resolve past due invoices while reconciling monthly statements in a specialized real estate industry context.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, proven bookkeeping experience, and strong MS Office/QuickBooks skills; Chinese language ability is preferred for

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Proven bookkeeping experience.
• Excellent communication, organization, analytical & attention to detail skills.
• Advanced computer and software skills including MS Word, MS Excel, QuickBooks.
• Ability to handle multiple work streams and independently identify and solve key business issues.
• Experience with Yardi preferred.
• Language: Chinese preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for accurately recording all day-to-day financial transactions of company
• Responsible for data entry of all invoices, requisitions, subcontracts and purchase orders for assigned projects
• Conduct periodic reconciliations of all accounts to ensure their accuracy
• Assist accountant to prepare properties’ financial statements
