Applied Industrial Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented accounting support team member to handle customer invoicing, AP disbursements, journal entries, and month-end close tasks. You will support inside sales, manage customer portals, and process daily invoice batches using Esker AP AI and Epicor P21.

Qualificações

• Requires 2-year accounting degree or equivalent.
• Strong MS Office skills including Excel.
• Experience with Esker AP AI processing and Epicor P21 ERP preferred.
• Ability to learn and apply information quickly; strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Bill out customer direct ship invoices from AP invoices.
• Process AP disbursements per weekly schedule; issue checks and initiate wire transfers.
• Answer incoming phone calls and transfer to appropriate personnel.
• Enter and process AP invoices through Esker AP AI processing system.
• Access customer portals and enter related invoices.
• File storage of invoices and customer POs; print daily invoice batches.
• Assist AR with releasing orders, collections calls, and rebills as needed.
• Enter journal entries prepared by controller and assistant controller.
• Record salesmen rebates monthly; track itineraries and leave accruals.
• Address daily mail; manage office supplies; support sales and management as needed.
