Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Associate degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Three years of progressively responsible accounting, accounts payable, or financial recordkeeping experience preferred.
• Experience in a school district, governmental agency, or public sector environment preferred.
• Valid Arizona driver's license preferred.
• IVP Fingerprint clearance card.

Aufgaben

• Process vendor invoices for payment and match invoices to purchase orders/receiving docs.
• Maintain fixed asset inventory, depreciation schedules, and asset records.
• Prepare accounts payable batches and maintain vendor files.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Support audits and financial reporting.
• Monitor expenditures and assist departments with budget inquiries.
