Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 1–3 years accounting, accounts payable, or bookkeeping experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP and accounting systems such as Acumatica, Core, Emburse, or similar platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and enter vendor invoices accurately and timely into the AP system and AP payments.
• Record corporate credit card transactions with proper documentation.
• Support month-end close activities, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Assist with year-end audit requests by gathering supporting documents and responding to inquiries.
• Record prepaid expenses and maintain deferred expense schedules.
