Job summary

ICX Group is seeking an Accounts Payable specialist in Florida to process invoices, reconcile vendor statements, and manage payment requests. The role supports month-end close and assists with 1099 preparation, requiring sharp attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years AP experience, strong Excel skills, and experience with an ERP/accounting system. Great Plains experience is a plus.
