Job summary

North American Partners in Anesthesia is seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator to process invoices, manage inquiries, and support expense report review. The role allows remote work or Melville, NY base, reporting to the AP Supervisor in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years AP experience, strong Excel and Workday skills, and a team‑oriented attitude to support cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business preferred.
  • 2–3 years accounts payable experience required.
  • Experience with ERP systems and invoice processing.

Responsibilities

  • Process incoming invoice submissions in the ERP system (Workday).
  • Ensure accurate accounting and coding of invoices.
  • Assist with year-end tax reporting requirements.
  • Assist with ad hoc research and reporting requests.
  • Set up new suppliers, ensuring all required documentation is complete.
  • Research and resolve invoice issues.
  • Reconcile system entries to supplier statements.
  • Respond to inquiries from employees and suppliers.

You should be self-driven, detail-oriented, and experienced in working in a fast-paced environment.
