• Associates or Bachelor’s degree with Accounting or Finance concentration.
• Knowledge of SAGE, E2 and Dynamics AX a plus.
• 2-4 years’ experience in an accounting role within a manufacturing group.
• Technically proficient with MS Office and exposure to Accounting systems.
• Knowledge of general accounting principles Accounts Payable in particular.

Aufgaben

• Assemble, review and verify invoices and check requests.
• Process expense reports.
• Process electronic transfers and payments & check runs.
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions.
• Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date.
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.
• Maintain vendor files and respond to inquiries.
• Produce monthly reports as requested.
• Assist with month end closing.
