Wakefield Thermal, part of The Heico Companies, is seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator to manage full-cycle AP for multiple sites within the TSS organization. The role supports a dedicated accounting team and aligns with our safety-first mission and on-time delivery goals.

Ideal candidates hold an accounting/finance degree and 2–4 years’ AP experience in manufacturing, with strong MS Office skills and familiarity with SAGE, E2, or Dynamics AX.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree with Accounting or Finance concentration.
• 2–4 years’ experience in an accounting role within a manufacturing group.
• Knowledge of general accounting principles, Accounts Payable.

Responsabilités

• Assemble, review and verify invoices and check requests.
• Process expense reports.
• Process electronic transfers and payments & check runs.
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and monitor payments.
• Maintain vendor files and respond to inquiries in a timely fashion.
• Assist with month end closing and provide supporting documentation for audits.
