Responsibilities

• Process vendor setups, vendor invoices and employee reimbursements.
• Provide accruals required for month-end reporting.
• Review invoices and statements; route documents for approvals.
• Support processing payments and checks, including mailing.
• Review employee expense reports with proper documentation.
• Set up and maintain ASL documents including COIs and required forms.
• Perform other office duties and assist team as needed.
