Qualifications

• Previous experience in Accounts Payable or related field
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree or certificate in accounting/finance preferred
• Proficient in accounting software, data entry, and ERP reporting
• Analytical thinker with high accuracy and problem-solving skills
• Self-starter with time-management to handle multiple priorities
• Effective verbal and written communicator

Responsibilities

• Process Accounts Payable invoices for Jobs, Time & Material, Quoted work, and others
• Compile and process information such as labor, material, and pricing
• Collaborate with Project Managers to maintain accounts payable and resolve disagreements with creditors
• Maintain records of client information, payments, and prepare statements
