Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Enter and process vendor invoices in Deltek Vantagepoint.
• Review, code and process staff expense reports.
• Match invoices to approvals and supporting documentation.
• Maintain vendor records and AP files.
• Assist with weekly payment runs.
• Respond to vendor and staff queries.
• Support the AP Manager with month-end tasks.
